Aspire for Greatness is a locally grown, not-for-profit older youth mentoring program offering both one-to-one mentoring and structured enrichment out of school time programs year-round for students in 5th-12th grade, and up through age 19. Aspire is currently the only structured program offered Monday through Friday during the school year and summer for middle school and high school students.

Aspire was created in 2020 by Dave Hahn and members of the Fremont community to fill the gap in services that existed for older youth in the Fremont and surrounding communities. Aspire continues to grow its programming to include new programs and activities that are not currently offered to youth in the community by other organizations, including a high school Mock Trial Team.

Aspire's free structured enrichment program for older youth begins our 5th year of after school programming on Tuesday August 12, 2025. Our after-school program follows the FPS schedule and runs Monday through Friday.

Aspire's after-school programming for the 2026-2027 school year begins Monday August 17th (the first full week of school). The program runs Monday-Friday on days that FPS students have school. 

Aspire is excited to announce a second host location partnership for this school year! Facilities are provided by gracious partnerships with King of Kings Fremont Campus (1440 E. Military Ave, Fremont Nebraska - lower level of the brick office building) and now also the Fremont Salvation Army (707 N I Street, Fremont Nebraska).

Aspire's enrichment program is open to all 5th-12th graders for the 2026-2027 school year, and private school/homeschool youth ages 12-19. Transportation is provided free of charge by Aspire to and/or from the program for any families in need of that service.
